We get asked many questions about how tickets work...

Do I have to have the credit card with me to pick up tickets? Yes. You will also be issued with a booking reference number which you should take along with you.

Do we all have to arrive together if we book tickets? Ideally yes, however if a member of your party is going to arrive later, please advise the person checking your tickets, and we can keep the ticket at the door.

What do we have to do when we arrive at the venue? When you arrive at Snafu, you will be directed to a ticket holders' queue. If you are unsure, please ask any member of staff to direct you.

Can I pick tickets up B4 10pm? No, tickets are only available once the doors open.

What should I do if my ticket has not arrived? Well, there are 2 possible answers. If you booked your ticket more than a week before the event, you should have received it through the post. If it has not arrived, then you should contact Ticketweb who will be able to assist you. If you booked your ticket less than a week ago, you will not be sent a physical ticket. Instead your details will be placed on a purchased list and sent to us. All you need to do is come along with the card that you purchased the tickets on and join the ticket holders queue.
